At Ellaun, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

We cover return shipping costs within 30 days of delivery when:

The wrong item was delivered.
No restocking fee will be charged.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after you receive your package.

To request an exchange, please first return the original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
