These Terms and Conditions of Sale ('T&Cs') apply to all sales made on www.ellaun.com between Groupe NKH and any customer or professional (hereinafter 'the Customer').

3.2 Products
Products offered for sale include: beef tallow balms and natural cosmetic products sold under the Ellaun brand.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Groupe NKH ensures that all products sold conform to their descriptions and to applicable cosmetic regulations (EU Regulation No. 1223/2009).
3.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). Groupe NKH reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery charges are displayed separately before the order is confirmed.
3.4 Ordering
An order is finalised once the Customer has:
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment. Groupe NKH reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues or an abnormal order.
3.5 Payment
Payment is made online via the secure methods available on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Full payment is due at the time of ordering. No early payment discount is offered.
3.6 Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is available to mainland France and other zones as listed on the website.
Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier
Groupe NKH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If an order has not been received within 15 business days of the order date, the Customer should contact contact@ellaun.com.
Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
3.7 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have a 30-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their products, with no obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to contact@ellaun.com before the expiry of this period.
Products must be returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
A full refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original order.
⚠️ Exception: In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed by the Customer after delivery where they cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (opened cosmetic products).
3.8 Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the following statutory guarantees:
Conformity guarantee: articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code (2 years)
Guarantee against hidden defects: articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code
If a defect is identified, the Customer must contact contact@ellaun.com as soon as possible, with supporting photographs.
3.9 Liability
Ellaun products are natural cosmetics. The Customer is responsible for verifying that the products are suitable for their personal situation (allergies, skin sensitivities). If in doubt, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.
Groupe NKH cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use or use that does not comply with the product instructions.
3.10 Force Majeure
Groupe NKH shall not be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of a force majeure event as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
3.11 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Groupe NKH first at contact@ellaun.com to seek an amicable resolution.
If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the Customer may seek free mediation through a certified consumer mediator. We are affiliated with the following mediation body:

In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction. French law shall apply.
3.12 Updates to These T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 16/04/2026. Groupe NKH reserves the right to amend them at any time. The T&Cs applicable are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
