All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

We are unable to modify a shipping address once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@ellaun.com, including your order number and any relevant photos.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@ellaun.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
